Katie has been working in the Mortgage Industry since 2005. She has experience in all areas including sub-prime, VA, Conventional and FHA and has worked for several companies like Ameriquest, HSBC, Vital Capital Group and finally Tier One Mortgage. She is both hardworking and knowledgeable in all areas of Real Estate, as she is also a licensed Real Estate Agent.
Katie is a hardworking individual who takes pride in her work and truly cares about her clients. Her friends and clients joke that her nurturing ability to help others stems from her very busy family life. Katie has five kids who also help keep her on her toes. Katie is extremely driven and caring. She treats every client with the utmost patience and respect that they deserve.
In addition to her busy work and family life, Katie also is on the Board, Treasurer and part Founder of MEG’s Gift Inc., a local 501 (c)(3) public charity for Mental Health Awareness.
Katie graduated in the top of her class from the University of Dayton with a double major in Adolescent and Young Adult Education and History. She uses her ability to educate and relay information with every person she works with. Katie feels that it is so important for her clients to understand every step of the home buying or refinancing experience. She honestly believes that there is no such thing as a bad question and gladly explains all aspects of the process.
